All items are part of a limited pre-order release and are produced to order.

For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect sizing
• Unwanted items

We strongly recommend checking the size guide carefully before placing your order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of collection.

Where appropriate, we will offer:

• A replacement (if available), or
• A refund

Collection

All orders are for collected from JT Fit.

Once an order has been collected, it is considered accepted.

As orders are processed quickly after the pre-order window closes, we are unable to guarantee changes once an order has been placed.
