Shipping policy

All items are part of a limited pre-order release and are made to order.

Once the pre-order window closes, items are produced and prepared for collection.

All orders are collection only from JT Fit.

We do not currently offer delivery or shipping.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to collect.

Orders are typically ready for collection 3–4 weeks after the pre-order window closes.

We will keep you updated if there are any delays.

Further details (times/dates) will be shared once orders are ready.

Please collect your order within 14 days of notification.

If you are unable to collect within this time, please contact us to arrange an alternative.

As items are made to order, we are unable to change delivery method after purchase
